• We display the total price along with a breakup of any additional charges before you complete checkout.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Prepaid cancellations by us are refunded in full.

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped by writing to [email protected] or via your account dashboard.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumière shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, except where such liability arises from our own deficiency as recognized under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
